Tashka Urban is a ceremonial vocalist, sound healer, and music educator whose voice is known for stirring deep remembrance and awakening the soul’s resonance. A well-loved presence on the East Coast of Australia, Tashka is often a main feature at sound healings, plant medicine ceremonies, and conscious gatherings, where she channels Spirit through her voice and leads others to reclaim the power of their own.
Born and raised on sacred land in Central Australia, Tashka carries a strong ancestral connection to Country. With over two decades in the Music Education industry and as the Director of Global Sound School, she now fuses ancient vocal practices with somatic
therapies, guiding others to unlock their true expression through frequency, movement, and breath.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that we are all instruments—tuned by life, untuned by trauma, and reawakened through sound. Tashka’s sessions and performances weave
music, ritual, and embodied voicework, inviting listeners into ecstatic states, emotional release, and deep communion with Self and Spirit.
