About me
As a seasoned old-school hatha yoga sadhaka, Nikolas Keown-Robson is devoted to the path of traditional yoga and tantra. Originally from New Zealand, Nik has called Bali home for over four years, sharing his expertise through lineage-based hatha yoga, and yin yoga classes/trainings at The Practice Bali in Canggu.
As the founder of Yin Culture, Nik leads transformative yin yoga teacher training retreats in breathtaking locations worldwide, mentoring students in the art of yin yoga teaching and guiding them on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
Before embracing yoga, Nik had a successful soccer career, representing New Zealand, playing Division 1 college soccer in the USA, and was drafted by Toronto FC in the MLS. Nik studied philosophy, psychology, and communications at university.
