About me
Nadine McNeil, who you may also know at Universal Empress, is a gifted teaching collaborator who specializes in mindfulness, empowerment, BIPOC healing spaces, and women’s moon circles.
“I live by the mantra that the collective well-being of humanity is intricately intertwined. For me, the essence lies in the interconnectedness of suffering and healing—when one of us suffers, it affects us all; when one of us heals, we all rise together.”
As a yoga teacher, speaker, wisdom mentor, and humanitarian, Nadine channels her energy into creating boundless possibilities, especially within marginalized communities worldwide. Her transformative speeches have taken her to international stages like Mindvalley’s A-Fest, BaliSpirit Festival, the Caribbean Yoga Conference, as well as virtual platforms such as the Shift Summit and Soulvana, a Mindvalley hub for mindfulness workshops and classes.
Nadine’s journey has been deeply shaped by her firsthand experiences with crises. During her years as a disaster response specialist with the United Nations, she witnessed profound global trauma. Yet, her most humbling moment came when she faced her own crisis, bringing her to her knees and catalyzing her own transformation.
Nadine is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, gender equity, intersectionality, and personal development. Her voice is a call to action, resonating with those ready to embrace positive change and co-create a more equitable world.
