About me
the sacred teachings from India. She moved from designing spaces to seeking truth and
devotion.
With over 12 years on the yogic path, her journey has taken her through Ashtanga Yoga & Yoga Therapy in Mysore, Hatha Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, as well as intensive training in Kriya Yoga and Yoga Nidra under Swami Tapodini from Bihar School of Yoga.
Her expertise expands into Eye Yoga Therapy, a rare and profound practice she studied at Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Her most transformative work comes through Deep Hips Opening & Trauma Release, a method she developed after healing from a severe sacrum injury that reshaped her life. This experience led her to dive deeply into somatic healing, Ayurveda, meditation, pranayama, and yoga therapy, ultimately guiding her away from corporate life in the UK and into a path of self discovery. She is devoted to helping students unlock their inner healing potential, reconnect with their feminine energy, and embrace yoga as a tool for personal transformation.
Outside the festival, she teaches at The Yoga Barn and Yogi’s Garden in Bali and is the co-owner of Samudra Yoga Space, where she hosts online sessions, coaching, and retreats in various locations.
