About me
Tansformative spaces where we can be authentic and deepen our inquiry into this human journey we all share. His natural playfulness and sense of humor is balanced by an emotional maturity grown from extensive training, many humbling experiences, and integrating personal traumas.
A sensitive, creative, joyous soul by nature, Greg has been studying and teaching Yoga internationally since 2005. Going very deep into the physical layers of Yoga in his earlier years, Greg took trainings in various Hatha Yoga styles before being guided to study the subtler Yogic practices with many world-renowned masters, and specifically his Spiritual teacher and Himalayan Yoga Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu.
Greg’s classes are naturally flowing, light-hearted, and deep, all at once. Don't be surprised if you find yourself in a "Cirque du Soleil" pose one minute, purging out juicy emotional baggage the next, then laughing uncontrollably in a group, before melting into blissful heart songs and mergence meditation. Greg incorporates philosophy, Mantra, Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, heartful Bhakti, and Meditation into his classes providing a traditionally holistic, fully balanced, and grounded experience of Yoga (Connection). Greg is also a passionate musician and Kirtan artist (heartfelt, devotional chanting) who often finds himself mid mantra with a playful grin, guitar in hand and turban on his head, recounting the early days when he was sceptical even of “Om”ing :) Yoga truly liberates the soul.
"Life is a Divine Leela (play); Let's embrace our differences, support each other through the challenges, learn how to laugh with ourselves, and have gratitude for the gift of life around us."
