Coming from a Portuguese family and growing up in Southeast Asia, led her from a tender age, to appreciate different spiritual traditions and ultimately the curiosity for the unseen realm.
After studying law and being a TV reporter for several years, yoga came with strength into her life, and opened the portal to the discovery of ancient Vedic wisdom. She then built discipline and devotion with her Asthanga Yoga practice, which she has had the honor to hold authorization to teach, by the late Sharath Jois.
With tapas, Filipa built the foundation for new imprints in her body and mind. Ritualizing the use of Ayurveda, mantra, and meditation grounded for her the foundation of a lifestyle based on Self-love. The role of being a mother also created the understanding of honoring the sacredness inside her home, as she believes everyone should.
Filipa is currently dwelling on the teachings of Vedanta and Classic Tantra, and is committed to feeling each channel of her feminine body, integrating Sacred Sexuality in her sadhana.
