To follow a spiral is to trust the unseen, to walk forward while looking within. Spirals embody the dynamic exchange of life’s fundamental energy patterns—known in yoga as the gunas. In ancient cultures the spiral has generally reflected the journey of life as it continuously unfolds, representing the constant change and the ongoing growth and strength.

Spiral Yoga symbolizes the inward journey of self-discovery—to truly know and love ourselves. Through yoga sadhana inspired in the Ashtanga traditional method, we are invited to turn inward, cultivating grace, balance, and self-acceptance. It is a never-ending journey of dharma, guided by power and wisdom.
