Join international yoga teacher Lara Zilibowitz and and mystical musician Holloway for a deeply rejuvenating journey of embodied meditation.

Through juicy long holds, guided visualization and a transcendental live soundscape of voice and guitar, you are invited to savour the texture of every sensation as a gateway towards realisation and restoration.

This deep dive into the body is a call for conscious connection with ourselves as we learn to inhabit ourslves in a profound way. Holding ourselves tenderly in the radiant field of our own awareness, providing sanctuary for the vivid appearance, colour and temperature of the sensations as they weave their way through you and out of you.

This will be all juicy hip and heart medicine smothered in sweet sonic sauce for the soul.
