Pilates, yoga, strength training and sports stretch combined in one fitness class, PiYo™.

This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level - core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture - as you move from one exercise to the next.

See.d teaches the popular PiYo Live class and it is no joke. He encourages all levels to try it though. see.d's teaching style is calm, clear, and encouraging - but you won't be coddled. You're going to get sweaty and, later, sore. It is why you are there!

This is a high-intensity, low-impact class for all ages and will definitely challenge you.
