An embodied and immersive practice that celebrates our shared humanity, while honoring the unique essence of each individual. Through sound vibrations, waters natural resonance, and authentic movement, we cultivate deep connection—not only to ourselves but to one another.

Water, a powerful conductor of sound and emotion, carries our voices, our intentions, and our presence, weaving us into a shared rhythm. As we float, move, and release together, we witness and uplift each other in a space of mutual respect and trust.

Inspired by fluid, spiral, and wave-like movements, we mirror the natural flow of water and the ways we grow together—interwoven yet distinct. This Living Waters practice is an invitation to embrace the beauty of who we are, both individually and collectively, as we move in unity, witnessing and celebrating one another in the vast, nurturing embrace of water.

Our session ends with a floating meditation facilitated in a heated pool (35 degrees Celsius), and supported by pillows and props. Our facilitators offer aquatic bodywork in the form of gentle stretch, massage, and passive joint movement. All facilitators are trained aquatic bodyworkers, sound healers, yoga teachers, and dance improv movers, guided from the heart with the greatest integrity.
