This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level - core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture - as you move from one exercise to the next.

See.d teaches the popular PiYo Live class and it is no joke. He encourages all levels to try it though. see.d's teaching style is calm, clear, and encouraging - but you won't be coddled. You're going to get sweaty and, later, sore. It is why you are there!

This is a high-intensity, low-impact class for all ages and will definitely challenge you.

This Iyengar Yoga class offers a grounding experience through standing poses. We’ll explore foundational asanas that cultivate stability, clarity, and a deeper connection between body and mind.

The session is a great introduction to Iyengar if you have never done it before - Iyengar is suitable for all levels, providing a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you’re new to yoga or revisiting your practice, you’re warmly welcome to join and find your footing—both on and off the mat.

Between 12 and 2 every day, during sound check at the mainstage, come lie down on the floor and enjoy the funky instrumentals!
