In this class, you will be guided through a still and gentle dynamic qi gong practice. 

Taking you through the foundation principles of qi gong, you will be guided in relaxing muscle tension, loosening the joints and focusing the awareness leading to the calming of your nervous system while maintaining alertness. The session is focused on developing energized equanimity, providing a proper boost of energy for the day ahead.

This workshop is an invitation for men to come together in brotherhood, sharing and activating their inner power through power activations, truth sharing, trust exercises, and ancient wisdom. Engage in rituals that honor and uplift the sacred masculine, fostering a space of support, courage, and unity. Contact is a transformational dance and healing practice that weaves together Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, and Energy Work, infused with elements of Yoga and Chi Kung. Using embodied awareness, CBC invites us into deeper connection—with ourselves, our dance partners, and the greater collective—through touch, presence, and the language of movement.

This practice goes beyond the physical. We explore the energetic and psychosocial layers of connection through exercises that awaken deep listening, emotional intelligence, and authentic expression.
