Pilates, yoga, strength training and sports stretch combined in one fitness class, PiYo™.

This low-impact workout will increase your fitness level - core strength, flexibility, stability, balance, and posture - as you move from one exercise to the next.

See.d teaches the popular PiYo Live class and it is no joke. He encourages all levels to try it though. see.d's teaching style is calm, clear, and encouraging - but you won't be coddled. You're going to get sweaty and, later, sore. It is why you are there!

This is a high-intensity, low-impact class for all ages and will definitely challenge you.

Somatic Yoga invites you to listen to your body and deepen your awareness of internal body
sensations.

The body communicates with us through sensation. By refining our ability to notice subtle shifts in sensation, we cultivate interoception—the felt-sense of internal body states.

When we consciously tune into these sensations, the insula, a part of the brain, processes this
sensory input, integrating it with emotions and thoughts. This deepens our self-awareness, helping us process and regulate emotions while increasing body awareness from the inside out.

In this class, you’ll explore slow, gentle, non-linear movement, guided by intuition, physical sensation, and what feels good, pleasurable, or needed, as the body unwinds and you listen.

You will leave feeling softer, stronger, and more connected to your body’s innate wisdom.

This workshop is suitable for all practitioners.
